Welcome to Party Planet Brandon! By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order or using our services.

1. General

Party Planet Brandon provides balloon décor, balloon bouquets, party supplies, and related services. By purchasing from us, you agree to comply with these terms as well as our Privacy Policy.

2. Orders & Payments

  • Orders may be placed in-store, over the phone, or online (for select bouquets).
  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept major credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods listed at checkout.

3. Balloon Delivery

  • Party Planet Brandon delivers up to 70 miles from our store.
  • Delivery starts at $30 and final cost is based on mileage.
  • Deliveries must be scheduled at least 3 days in advance.
  • Express or rush deliveries may be available for an additional fee—please call the store to confirm availability.
  • Delivery orders must be placed in-store or by phone to ensure accuracy.

4. Custom Orders

  • Custom balloon bouquets and décor can be ordered in-store or by phone.
  • A deposit may be required for large or specialty orders.
  • All custom orders are final sale and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once confirmed.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase with receipt.
  • Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items:
    • Balloons of any form (latex, foil, inflated, or uninflated).
    • Wearables (costumes, wigs, masks, hats, makeup, accessories, etc.).
    • Seasonal, dated, and custom items.
  • Items must be in new, unused condition and in original packaging.

6. Balloon Care & Responsibility

  • Once balloons leave our store or are delivered, Party Planet Brandon is not responsible for their lifespan, handling, or damage caused by weather, transportation, or customer misuse.
  • Latex balloons typically float 8–12 hours, and foil/mylar balloons may last several days. Hi-Float treatment can extend latex float time but does not guarantee specific results.

7. Website Use

  • Content on our website (text, images, designs, logos) is the property of Party Planet Brandon and may not be copied or used without permission.
  • We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that product descriptions, pricing, or availability are error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

Party Planet Brandon is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date.
