Refund & Returns Policy

At Party Planet Brandon, we take pride in providing quality balloons and party supplies to make your celebrations special. Please review our Refund & Returns Policy before making a purchase.


1. Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase.

  • A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.

  • Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.


2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

For health, safety, and quality reasons, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Balloons of any kind (latex, foil, custom, inflated, or uninflated).

  • Wearables (costumes, wigs, masks, hats, makeup, and accessories).

  • Seasonal, dated, and custom items.

  • Special orders and custom balloon designs.


3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

  • Cash refunds may take up to 7 business days to process.

  • Shipping or delivery fees are non-refundable.


4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are permitted on eligible items within the 7-day return period.

  • Items must be in resalable condition.


5. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase or delivery.

  • We may offer a replacement, exchange, or store credit depending on the situation.


6. Final Note

Once balloons leave our store or are delivered, Party Planet Brandon is not responsible for their lifespan or handling. Float times vary depending on balloon type, environment, and care.
