Delivery Service

  • We deliver balloons up to 70 miles from our store.

  • Delivery fees are calculated by mileage.

  • Delivery starts at $30 minimum.

Ordering Requirements

  • Balloon delivery orders must be placed at least 3 days in advance.

  • All balloon delivery orders must be placed in-store or over the phone.

Express Delivery

  • If you have questions or need an express delivery, please call the store directly.

  • Express deliveries may be subject to additional fees and availability.

Exchange or Return of Goods

At Party Planet Brandon, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review our exchange and return guidelines below:

General Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase.

  • Items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.

  • A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.

  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

To ensure product quality and safety, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Balloons of any form (latex, foil, custom, inflated, or uninflated).

  • Wearables (costumes, wigs, masks, hats, makeup, accessories, etc.).

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only permitted for eligible items within the 7-day return window.

  • Items must be in unused, resalable condition.

Additional Notes

  • Seasonal, dated, and custom items are final sale.

  • Defective or damaged items may be eligible for replacement if reported within 24 hours of purchase.

Do you deliver balloons?

Yes! We deliver balloons up to 70 miles away. Delivery starts at $30 and is based on mileage. Orders must be placed at least 3 days in advance. Express delivery may be available—please call the store.

Can I bring in my own balloons to be inflated?

Yes! We can inflate outside balloons for a fee. However, please note that Party Planet is not responsible for the quality of outside balloons and cannot guarantee how long they will last.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Returns are accepted within 7 days with a receipt. Balloons of any form and wearables (costumes, wigs, masks, etc.) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Seasonal, dated, and custom items are also final sale.

How long do helium balloons last?

Float time varies by balloon type and conditions. Latex balloons generally last 8–12 hours, while foil/mylar balloons can last several days. We also offer hi-float treatment for latex balloons to extend their life.

Do you offer same-day or rush balloon orders?

Same-day or next-day orders may be available depending on stock and staff availability. Please call the store to check if we can accommodate your request.
