Unsatisfied with your purchase?
You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of purchase for a full refund. Some exceptions may apply.
Return Requirements:
- All returned items MUST include the original Shipping Receipt or in-store receipt.
- Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only. Return shipping charges are not refundable.
- The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom items
- All balloons (including balloon orders and balloon decor)
- Edible items
- Wearables (costumes, accessories, masks, hair sprays, make-up, wigs)
- Seasonal/holiday and dated items
- All merchandise must be in new condition: unopened, not damaged, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- Returned product that has been used, worn, altered, is missing pieces, or is without its original packaging or garment tag will not be credited back to your account. Please double-check to ensure all pieces and packaging are included before returning.
- Special orders placed for customers are FINAL SALE.
- Balloon orders, balloon decor, and custom work must be canceled prior to 5 days before the due date for refund eligibility.
Shipping:
- To return your product, please mail it to: 913 Lithia Pinecrest Road, Brandon, Florida, United States.
- You are responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- If you are shipping an item over $25, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Crediting Refunds:
- All returns will be credited to the original form of payment.
